Meet The Team
We’re Darren Watts and Darren Gardner, proud owners and Directors of Bristol Clear - combining years of experience, professionalism, and a shared passion for providing reliable, down-to-earth clearance services across Bristol, Bath, and the South West.
Darren W, born and raised in Bristol, has worked in customer service since the age of 16 and has over 15 years of experience in the waste-management industry. Formerly Head of Mobilisation for a large facilities-management provider’s waste division, Darren brings deep knowledge of waste and recycling processes, helping us deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for every client. His customer-first mindset is at the heart of everything we do at Bristol Clear.
Darren G, from Gloucestershire, worked in the Health and Social Care sector until 2022. With his pragmatic and empathetic approach, he ensures every clearance is handled with professionalism and care. Darren G also uses his sector contacts to donate reusable items to local care providers and community organisations — ensuring that nothing goes to waste where it can help others.
Supporting the Directors is a brilliant, hard-working team who keep Bristol Clear running smoothly:
Cara Williams, our Operations Coordinator, joined in 2025 from the same facilities-management background as Darren W. She manages quotes, scheduling, and admin with precision — and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and help on site.
Dan, with us since 2024, is one of our trusted Driver & Clearance Operatives - known for his reliability, great humour, and commitment to a job well done.
Craig, who joined in 2025, brings energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to every clearance he tackles.
